Vincenza Sera

Ms. Sera is an experienced corporate director. She served on the Ontario Pension Board’s board of directors for 12 years, including nine years as chair of the board and chair of its investments committee.

A former investment banker with more than 25 years’ expertise in debt and equity markets, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance, Ms. Sera’s career has included senior positions with National Bank Financial, First Marathon Securities and CIBC.

She is chair of the board of Dream Industrial REIT and a member of the boards of Equitable Bank, Dream Unlimited Corp and the Ontario Financing Authority.
