Paul D'Angelo

Paul D'Angelo is Managing Director, Infrastructure at IMCO. In his role, Paul leads a team of professionals focused on the regulated utilities strategy, overseeing both direct private investments and public market initiatives within IMCO’s infrastructure portfolio. He provides strategic direction for sourcing, executing and actively managing investments in the power and utility sectors to support long-term value creation for clients.

Paul joined IMCO in 2022 and has extensive experience investing in power and utility assets across North America, with expertise in M&A, project finance and the debt and equity capital markets. Prior to IMCO, he was Executive Director at CIBC Capital Markets, specializing in the renewable power sector. He also held roles at Sunlife Investment Management, Forum Equity Partners and KPMG’s Global Infrastructure Advisory practice.

Paul holds a Master of Business Administration from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Applied Science from Queen's University.
