Sean Walters

Sean Walters is Managing Director, Real Estate where he leads the team responsible for investment outcomes, portfolio strategy, and oversight of IMCO's real estate investments. With a focus on value creation, operational excellence, and active asset optimization, he plays a key role in advancing IMCO's real estate objectives including sustainable portfolio growth and long-term resilience.

Sean spent 17 years at Ivanhoe Cambridge, most recently as Senior Vice President of Leasing, where he managed a retail portfolio of over 5 million square feet, including various shopping centres and new developments. He led initiatives to improve customer experience, merchandise mix and income growth, while successfully delivering development projects for long-term success. Sean also worked at Summit REIT, managing industrial and office assets.

Sean holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Guelph and is a Certified Leasing Specialist from the International Council of Shopping Centres.
