Tyler Elyea

Tyler Elyea is a Managing Director in IMCO’s Real Estate team. In this role, he is responsible for leading aspects of the real estate investment program and portfolio management activities.

Tyler has more than 20 years of investment management experience, most recently leading a team which jointly managed a globally diversified $30 billion investment fund. During this period, he developed and implemented the fund’s real estate strategy, creating a diversified portfolio across sectors and major geographies.

Tyler holds a Master’s in Business Economics from Wilfrid Laurier University.
