Investments / Portfolio / Infrastructure

Our global infrastructure portfolio takes a disciplined, future-proof approach to investing, aligned with clients’ ESG values while offering stable income and inflation protection.

Where others may see only roads, power stations and other infrastructure assets with predictable cashflow, IMCO sees the future. Climate change, good corporate governance and citizenship are not just buzzwords—they are massive forces of change fundamentally re-shaping how capital flows into global infrastructure assets.

We are focused on building a dynamic and globally focused portfolio that enables our clients’ active participation in the transition to a low-carbon economy, while earning compelling returns and protection against inflation over the long term. Our growing global infrastructure team is highly experienced, engaged, collaborative, and diverse. Our capabilities include co-investing alongside best-in-class managers, direct investing, and leveraging strategic partnerships and external relationships to access untapped opportunities.

We offer opportunities in a wide array of top-tier private assets across geographies and sectors, including greenfield development and emerging clean sub-sectors. By 2025, we aim to grow our Global Infrastructure portfolio by more than $12 billion through an integrated, targeted strategy of fund commitments and direct investments.
