Dave Willers

Dave Willers, Managing Director, Client Growth and Onboarding, leads the design and implementation of IMCO's client growth strategy. Dave serves as the primary contact and strategic lead for IMCO’s relationships with prospective clients and clients that are in the process of transitioning assets to IMCO. Dave maintains regular contact with new clients as they onboard with IMCO, ensuring that all questions are addressed and that processes run smoothly.

Prior to joining IMCO in 2023, Dave worked at Mercer Investments where he had a long-standing career as Senior Principal and Investment Consultant for a range of large institutional investment clients. Dave was also the Alternative Investments Leader for Mercer Investments in the UK with responsibility for promoting and advising institutional clients on private market strategies and capabilities. Dave has over 20 years of institutional investment industry experience.

He holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bristol and is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries.
