The Client Relationship Management (CRM) team serves as the primary contact and relationship lead for IMCO's clients and prospective clients. The team provides centralized day-to-day servicing and support to clients and are accountable to the delivery of insights and reporting, and advisory services. Given the critical importance of our clients at IMCO, the CRM team also leads strategic initiatives that support organizational objectives of delivering client success and enhancing the client experience and serving as the central client voice and ambassador across the organization.
A part of the CRM team’s mandate is to lead IMCO’s client growth strategy and support in the seamless onboarding and integration of new clients into IMCO.
