Eric Percival

Eric Percival, Director, CRM Strategy and Operations, is responsible for overseeing aspects of the team's mandate that link to key client initiatives, strategic planning and execution, partnering closely with internal stakeholders. He is also responsible for business planning, budgeting and refining processes and tools for the team.

Prior to joining IMCO in 2025, he spent 14 years at CPP Investments in increasingly senior positions, most recently as Finance Business Partner, and previously Director, Strategy and Operations, supporting the Capital Markets & Factor Investing Department.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Management and Organization Studies degree from Western University, a CPA, CA designation and is a CFA Charterholder.
