Koichi Karasawa

Koichi Karasawa, Managing Director, Investment Insights and Client Reporting, is responsible for leading the team that focuses on delivery of investment insights, research and client reporting. Koichi plays a key role in providing timely and relevant market and strategy insights to IMCO clients. He also leads IMCO’s reporting initiatives and supports the process of integrating new clients into IMCO's client service and reporting framework.

Prior to joining IMCO in 2020, Koichi spent over 12 years at BlackRock, most recently in the role of Vice President, Reporting and Distribution. In this role, Koichi led a team responsible for the production and distribution of client investment, performance, and risk reporting for Canadian and US institutional clients. He also worked closely with clients to manage and enhance their reporting experience.

Koichi holds an Economics and Political Science degree from the University of Toronto and is a CFA Charterholder.
