Sarival Logistics Center (Glendale, Arizona): A ground-up development project located in greater Phoenix consists of 1.2 million square feet of modern, best-in-class logistics space. The 105
The 105 (Boston, Massachusetts): The 105 is a newly developed life sciences building consisting of 263,500 square feet of modern, Class A laboratory space that is fully leased to CRISPR Therapeutics, a biotechnology company focused on gene editing.
